How do you ship?
We ship via USPS Global Priority mail or USPS AirMail. If you prefer another shipping method, please let our office know at the time the order is placed. Non-USPS shipping companies may levy an additional brokerage fee at their discretion. If you choose another shipping method other than USPS, then you will be solely responsible for these fees.
How long will it take my package to arrive?
Please allow extra time for your materials to pass through customs. Canadian customs are outside of our control, and we can not predict the time the package will spend in customs, which may be as long as one month or more.
For an additional shipping fee, packages may be sent via guaranteed Global Express mail with a guaranteed delivery time. If you require this service, please contact our office prior to placing your order.
Can you track my package?
International packages can not be tracked as well as non-international packages. If you require full point-by-point tracking, then you will need to upgrade to Global Express mail, FedEx, or UPS. These services will require additional fees. Please contact our office prior to ordering when requesting these shipping options. Regardless of the shipping option chosen, once the package is in Canadian Customs, no further information will be available on your package until customs releases the package. The time Canadian Customs takes to clear the package is outside of our control and varies widely, ranging from a few days to a few weeks.
