Returns
Returns must get a return authorization number within a week after you receive the shipment. The return authorization number ensures that we know to expect the returned items. Returns received without an authorization number may not qualify for a refund. Returned items must be shipped in a box (not envelope) to ensure that they arrive safely. Items shipped in envelopes may not qualify for a refund. We do not refund shipping/handling charges or pay for return shipping. The returned product must be received in re-saleable condition within 30 days from date of original purchase. Products not returned in their original condition may receive a partial refund or no refund, solely at the discretion of Decorate Now Patterns. For all returned products, there will be a 15% restocking fee.
