Where do you ship?
The website is currently set up to ship only to the continental United States. Please email to ask for shipping costs and instructions if you are located in Canada, Hawaii, or Alaska. Unfortunately, we can not mail packages overseas at this time.
How do I purchase your products?
To pay using PayPal, use the "buy" buttons located next to the product. They will automatically total and add in shipping costs to your order when you are ready to check out. If you prefer an alternative method to pay, then please refer to the section below on mailing or faxing in payments.

PayPal is a company owned by Ebay. It is one of the largest online payment processors.
Why use PayPal?
Using PayPal speeds up shipping time, as money is transferred instantly when you pay with your credit card through PayPal.
I don't have a PayPal account
PayPal is a fast and secure way to send money online. It only takes a few minutes to register. PayPal utilizes the world's most advanced proprietary fraud prevention systems to create a safe, global, real-time payment solution. To register at PayPal, go to www.PayPal.com PayPal processes credit cards online just like any other merchant services provider.
I forgot my PayPal password
Go to www.PayPal.com and in the left column, underneath the log-in button, is a "Forget your password?" link. Enter in your email address, and PayPal will send you your password.
Is there another way to order?
You may fax, mail, or call in your order. Payment may be made online via money order, personal check, or credit card. Please note that products purchased with a credit card will be shipped out in the normal time frame, while products ordered with a personal check or money order will be shipped out 12 business days after receipt of payment to allow the payment to clear.
To order by mail, print out our Order Form. Fill out the form with the patterns or products that you would like to purchase. Then mail the form and payment to:

Please double check the sales and shipping cost totals, as a wrong amount could slow down shipment of your product. Also note that we only take Visa and Mastercard for mail, fax. or phone orders.
To order by fax, please print out our Order Form. Then fill out the full form and sign it.

When will I receive my order?
PayPal Orders:
PayPal e-checks will need approximately 5 business days to clear, then your product will be shipped. Pay Pal credit card payment or PayPal balance payments are usually shipped within 3 business days (not including weekends and holidays). Orders that require special processing may take longer.
Mail-in Orders:
Money orders will usually ship within 12 business days of the order being received.
Personal checks will usually ship 12 business days after receipt of payment.
Credit Card Orders:
Credit card orders normally ship within 3 business days.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow up to 11 days to receive your order (not including the check processing time when ordering using e-check or checks).
This time period allows for cross-country transit times, weekends, and federal holidays.
Can I Get My Order Faster?
If you need a shipment quickly, pleast order online and then email us at info@decoratenowpatterns.com and let us know. We will expedite the processing of your order. Need even faster shipping? We can upgrade your shipping method to overnight for an additional charge.
